Through what is mainly a ‘talking’ approach, Tess uses psychodynamic therapy (based on Lancanian psychoanalysis) to help with a wide range of difficulties, including;

Tess graduated in 2009 from the Universite Toulouse Jean Jaures and she holds a professional Masters Degree in Clinical psychology and psychopathology. In addition to her therapy work with individuals and couples, Tess is now studying for a PhD at Otago University (Suicide and Mental Health Research Group) in Wellington.
She formerly graduated as a dance teacher in Paris and has been teaching ever since. Tess is currently running a weekly dance class in Wellington.
